Project Overview
The 15 MLD Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) at Sarigam, Vapi was commissioned by Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) to address the challenges of treating complex industrial effluents from multiple industrial units.
The plant features a unique eight-stage treatment system that ensures compliance with stringent environmental standards while enabling safe discharge or potential reuse.

The Challenge
Industrial clusters often generate highly complex and variable effluents, containing ammonia, organics, and difficult-to-treat compounds. Achieving compliance while ensuring consistent plant performance demanded advanced and carefully integrated processes.
The Solution
Enviro designed a comprehensive multi-stage treatment process, integrating physical, chemical, and biological systems to address a wide range of contaminants. The two-stage extended aeration system combined with advanced oxidation and activated carbon polishing ensured stable performance and high effluent quality.
