Position Summary
Enviro Control is seeking a Process Design Manager to lead and deliver innovative, sustainable, and high-quality process solutions for water and wastewater treatment & reuse projects. This role is central to integrating global partner technologies, developing robust process designs and supporting business growth not only in India but also international market. Acting as a design leader, the Process Design Manager will collaborate with clients, internal teams and technology partners and work with subsidiary company -Enviro Control in UK to deliver world-class solutions aligned with Enviro Control’s vision of being a pure-play solutions and technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of process designs including PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances, hydraulic calculations, and control philosophies, ensuring designs meet technical and safety standards.
- Review and evaluate partner technologies (Conventional Biological processes, IFAS, SBR, MBBR, Membranes, Desalination, AI/ML platforms), assess their applicability and integrate them into Enviro Control’s system offerings.
- Support business development and proposal teams with process inputs, proposal documents, and technical presentations to utilities, government bodies and clients for Enviro UK and Enviro India for International projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and alignment on biological and advanced treatment processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, EICA, environmental) for integrated design delivery.
- Participate in commissioning, troubleshooting and start-up support to ensure designs translate into operational excellence globally.
- Validate and review partner and internal design documents, drawings and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, supporting Enviro Control’s reputation for superior service quality and repeat business.
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry regulations and best practices to ensure Enviro Control stays at the forefront of sustainable water solutions.
